Jo Rademaker(Principle) has been working in the business arena for 30 years with a varied and full career path.

Registered BAS agent

Starting her career at Kodak Australia in the mid 80′s,  she obtained a solid grounding in business which included engineering, hands-on operational roles, planning, finance, quality management, in-house training, warehouse management, supply chain management and consulting.  In the late 90′s Jo moved into full time consulting at Ernst and Young and other boutique consulting firms until she moved back into an executive management role at  National Parts (automotive spare parts distribution division of ACL). In 2005 Jo moved to the Sunshine Coast, changing her employment situation yet with the same conviction carried over from her past career.

Jo retrained to become a qualified and registered bookkeeper, starting her practice in 2010. After nine years in small business bookkeeping and business advice, she has a strong knowledge of bookkeeping and associated systems. In her business advice capacity, she has a exceptional experience in supply chain management, mainly in inventory management and demand/supply planning, establishing formal processes, driving process improvement and documenting these for various companies.

Jo’s Qualifications – Bachelor of  Applied Science (Maths and Computing), Masters in Business Administration, Cert IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping).



Christina Clifford (Trainee Bookkeeper) has studied and worked in many places around the world giving her a broad appreciation of business.

After finishing university in Sweden she worked a year at an Accounting firm in Stockholm before she started to travel the world. During her travels, she worked as a tour guide in South East Asia, an estate manager with 12 staff in the Hamptons, NY and worked for several years within the luxury yacht industry.  During her time overseas she was responsible for accounts, coordinating events and meetings, managing travel arrangements for clients, developing working procedures and rosters, managing a team up to 12 people.

After many years overseas, Christina has now settled on the Sunshine coast with her family and is retraining in the finance industry.   Christina is very excited about working at Byz Boost and to be part of a growing and dynamic business.

Christina’s Qualifications – Bachelor in Social Science (HR) Uppsala University, Sweden,  Certificate IV in Bookkeeping, finishing Advanced Diploma of Accounting.
